Start with a conversation about your conference. We then prepare proposed solutions, review them with you, and send your written plan.

Schedule Your 30-Minute Qualifying Call
We learn about your conference, identify operational gaps, and determine the next best steps and whether PSG is the right fit.
Before Your Call
1. Your time is reserved. Once you schedule, your call is booked on your calendar and ours.
2. Know who you’ll meet. Within 24 hours of booking, we’ll email you to confirm who you’ll be meeting with.
3. Help us prepare. That email will include a few simple questions about your conference, so we can make the most of our 30 minutes together. - 02
Review Your Proposed Solutions
After the initial call, we prepare proposed solutions and present them on a separate review call. Together, we discuss your most urgent priorities, recommended next steps, and where PSG could help.

Receive Your Written Operations Plan
After the solutions review call, we send your formal written plan. You keep the plan and can use it to move forward, whether or not you hire PSG.
