(01) The opportunity

Major conferences created access. The right surrounding experiences created connection.

The biotech brand needed to translate conference attendance into stronger relationships, greater visibility, and new business opportunities. At A4M, the priority was engaging existing and prospective health practitioners and growing the sales pipeline. At SXSW, the goal expanded to public awareness—helping consumers recognize the brand and begin asking their healthcare providers about its laboratory services.

01

Multiple audiences

Practitioners, prospects, speakers, and the general public required different engagement strategies under one brand.

02

Meaningful engagement

The experiences needed to create real conversation and relationship-building beyond a conventional booth interaction.

03

Brand consistency

Every touchpoint—from staging to menus and mocktails—needed to feel thoughtful, elevated, and aligned.

04

Operational control

High demand, multiple vendors, technical production, and guest flow required one accountable lead from planning through execution.

(02) The PSG Events approach

We built a connected experience strategy around how each audience needed to engage.

PSG Events managed the work end to end: staff room blocks, pre-planning, vendors, custom hospitality, audiovisual production, run of show, room ambiance, crowd flow, and on-site execution. Each activation had its own personality while supporting the same broader brand objective.

01

Full ownership

One experienced event lead carried the program from early planning and accommodations through final on-site delivery.

02

Curated hospitality

Custom gluten-free and dairy-free menus, signature mocktails, centerpieces, giveaways, and entertainment made hospitality part of the brand story.

03

Technical production

Scenic stage design, audiovisual equipment, LED wall content, speaker support, and run-of-show coordination created a polished program.

04

On-site leadership

Hands-on oversight kept vendors aligned, protected the guest experience, and resolved pressure points before they became disruptions.

(03) A4M · West Palm Beach · April 2026

Two dinners created two distinct levels of access.

The A4M program combined a highly personal relationship-building experience with a larger evening designed for visibility, education, and lead generation.

  1. 20

An exclusive dinner aboard a luxury yacht

A small, invitation-only group created space for personal attention and deeper conversation with existing and prospective practitioners. The setting made the evening feel high-touch, private, and unmistakably different from a standard conference reception.

  2. 200

A high-demand dinner at the convention center

The program featured a speaker presentation, meet-and-greet, entertainment, a custom three-course gluten-free and dairy-free menu, custom-designed centerpieces, a hosted bar, and curated giveaways.

  3. AV

    Scenic staging and production coordination

PSG Events coordinated with the convention center's audiovisual partner on scenic stage design, equipment, speaker requirements, and the complete run of show.

  4. 01

    Proactive crowd management

Demand pushed the arrival line down the hallway and the first-come, first-served event reached capacity. On-site oversight kept guest flow organized and the program running smoothly.

(04) SXSW · Austin · 2026

Three evenings turned the client's office into a public-facing thought-leadership venue.

A three-night fireside chat series gave the brand a platform beyond the medical community. Each evening paired a featured speaker conversation with a book signing, curated hospitality, and a distinct visual and culinary experience.

01

Three fireside chats

One featured conversation each evening created a repeatable rhythm for education, storytelling, and audience connection.

02

Speaker and book-signing experience

Post-conversation signings extended engagement and gave attendees a personal moment with each featured speaker.

03

A new signature mocktail each night

Custom gluten-free and dairy-free menus and a different signature mocktail each evening made the hospitality feel intentional and fresh.

04

LED content and room ambiance

Managed LED video wall content, audiovisual coordination, and room styling transformed the office into a cohesive branded environment.

(05) The results

The experiences generated attention, conversation, and visible demand.

The A4M program strengthened the brand's presence among health practitioners, produced new leads, and drew attendance beyond available capacity. SXSW extended the strategy to a broader public audience through three nights of thought leadership, hospitality, and personal interaction.

CapacityReached at A4M

The line extended down the convention center hallway and demand exceeded the room's available capacity.

NewPractitioner leads

The events created direct opportunities to engage both established relationships and new prospects.

BroaderBrand awareness

The SXSW series introduced the brand story to consumers as well as healthcare professionals.

(06) The business value

A conference became a platform—not a single moment.

By designing experiences around the conference agenda, PSG Events helped the client create more time with the audiences that mattered. Intimate hospitality deepened relationships. A large-scale dinner generated demand and leads. Three public-facing SXSW evenings extended awareness beyond the practitioner community. One connected strategy turned conference participation into multiple opportunities for brand growth.

(07) Extend the value of your next conference

Create the experiences your audience will remember after the convention ends.

From intimate executive dinners to high-demand programs and multi-day thought-leadership activations, PSG Events connects strategy, hospitality, production, and on-site leadership.
