PSG Events was founded by Magdalena Bonnelly after more than two decades working across the meetings and events industry on both the supplier and client sides. That perspective revealed recurring challenges: fragmented planning, delayed communication, vague scopes, hidden costs, and important decisions made without the full financial picture.
Her answer? A repeatable, data-informed approach anchored by Event Forensics™. She designed a proprietary methodology, which PSG Events uses as an internal tool and application. The tool connects what past events reveal with the strategy, contracts, operating plan, production, and leadership needed to make the next conference stronger.
