Magdalena Bonnelly
Founder & Strategic Director
Magdalena Bonnelly launched Procurement Strategy Group in 2019 after spending over two decades working within the meetings and events industry - both on the supplier side and as a third-party strategist. Her insight into the challenges faced by clients, ranging from poorly structured contracts and vague RFPs to missed revenue opportunities, led her to design a better process.
Her solution was a repeatable, scalable approach rooted in planning clarity, financial transparency, and vendor partnership. That approach now drives every service PSG offers.
Magdalena has received national recognition for her leadership, including the Smart Women in Meetings Award from Smart Meetings magazine.
