The invite-only Vibrant Longevity Summit was designed to convene leading longevity and functional medicine providers and reinforce Vibrant Wellness as a trusted industry leader. Its highly educated audience left little tolerance for inconsistency or operational missteps. 01 ### Compressed timeline Only 60 days remained to plan and execute a complex, multi-day, brand-defining industry summit. 02 ### Leadership gap The resignation created an ownership void during the most execution-intensive phase of planning. 03 ### Fragmented execution Vendors, timelines, responsibilities, and decisions lacked one central point of coordination. 04 ### Brand risk The audience and strategic importance of the summit made execution quality a business requirement, not a preference. (02) The PSG Events response ## We assumed execution leadership quickly and created structure where the organization needed it most. PSG Events integrated with Vibrant Wellness as an operating partner, establishing ownership, coordinating vendors and production, protecting the budget, and leading on-site delivery. 01 ### Strategic event leadership We assessed readiness, identified critical gaps, and assumed ownership of execution planning and coordination. 02 ### Vendor management Partners were sourced, evaluated, coordinated, and managed to reduce risk and maintain budget discipline. 03 ### Operational control Timelines, run-of-show, production, venue coordination, and stakeholder responsibilities were brought into one view. 04 ### On-site leadership Hands-on oversight supported real-time decisions and consistent delivery across the attendee experience. (03) From stabilize to elevate ## The first summit proved the operating model. The second made it more mature and predictable. 1. 2024 ### Assess and stabilize PSG Events identified critical gaps, established ownership and timelines, coordinated venue and production partners, and led on-site operations. 2. 2025 ### Strengthen planning cadence Milestones, decision points, procurement, and vendor coordination became more disciplined and predictable. 3. 02 ### Reduce last-minute friction Stronger preparation reduced late decisions and allowed internal leadership to remain focused on strategic priorities. 4. 03 ### Elevate the experience Operational consistency and improved execution strengthened the experience for attendees, speakers, vendors, and leadership.
