Do you replace our internal team?

No. PSG Events supports and strengthens the internal team by taking ownership of the operational details that create risk.

How early should we bring you in?

Ideally before venue contracting or major vendor commitments. But PSG Events can also step in when the event is already in motion and the team needs structure quickly.

Can you help if we already have vendors selected?

Yes. PSG can review scopes, timelines, deliverables, contracts, and onsite plans to reduce gaps and improve accountability. Our Event Forensics™ service can be applied at any point in time of the planning process.    

Do you handle conference onsite execution?

Yes. PSG Events can provide onsite operational leadership, vendor coordination, run-of-show management, and issue resolution.
